Ensuring Your Right to Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your JainSarthi account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

The easiest way to delete your account is through the app settings:

• Open the JainSarthi app.
• Go to Settings or Profile.
• Select Delete Account.
• Confirm your decision. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

• Send an email to contact@jainsarthi.com.
• Subject: Account Deletion Request.
• Include your registered email address or username.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your profile information (name, email, etc.).
• Your saved preferences and history.
• Any other personal data linked to your account.

Note: Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records).
